Groot Traiteurslagers is a butcher and caterer in Bloemendaal: innovative, with respect for the craft. We stand out with sustainably raised meat and make our own sausages, cold cuts, ready meals, soups and salads. And we keep moving forward, always looking for new trends.
Our beef, veal and lamb come from the HeijdraHoeve farm in IJsselstein: raised outdoors, without growth hormones or preventive antibiotics. Meat needs time to grow, and we give it that time.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00, Saturday 8:00–16:30, closed on Sunday.
